The 3ptti platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Age verification is mandatory during KYC.
Each individual may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts result in immediate suspension.
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversions are applied by 3ptti.
Player protection tools including deposit limits and self-exclusion are available to all account holders at all times.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 3ptti ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 3ptti.app website and all associated services, games, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing the 3ptti platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any Services on 3ptti. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
2.2 You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether online gambling is lawful in your country, province, or territory. 3ptti makes no representation that the Services are appropriate, available, or lawful in all jurisdictions.
2.3 You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 3ptti, nor an immediate family member of any such person, when participating in real-money gaming on the platform.
2.4 3ptti reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend access to any user who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in this section.
3.1 Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 3ptti platform. Opening, operating, or using multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension and permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
3.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account details and must promptly update any information that changes.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 3ptti staff will never request your password under any circumstances.
3.4 You must notify 3ptti's support team immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
3.5 Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to any other person.
4.1 3ptti is required to verify the identity of all account holders as part of its obligations under internationally recognised Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. By registering, you agree to cooperate fully with the verification process.
4.2 You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a copy of your valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and in certain cases, proof of payment method ownership.
4.3 Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been successfully completed. 3ptti reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory verification.
4.4 Providing false, forged, or misleading documentation is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
5.1 All deposits on the 3ptti platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah.
5.2 Minimum deposit amounts are Rs 500 for JazzCash and Easypaisa, and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers. Maximum limits vary by method and account verification level.
5.3 Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing from third-party accounts is strictly prohibited. Any deposit suspected to originate from a third-party source may result in account suspension pending investigation.
5.4 3ptti does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 3ptti's control.
5.5 All deposits are subject to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) screening. 3ptti reserves the right to request the source of funds for any deposit at its discretion.
6.1 Withdrawal requests are only processed after full KYC verification has been completed. Withdrawal methods must match the deposit method used, or an equivalent method in the player's name.
6.2 Standard withdrawal processing times are 1–3 hours for JazzCash and Easypaisa, and 4–24 hours for bank transfers. These are indicative timelines and may be extended in cases requiring additional verification or during periods of high platform demand.
6.3 3ptti reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. During such review, the processing timeline may be extended. The player will be notified accordingly.
6.4 Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Please refer to Section 7 (Bonuses & Promotions) for full details.
7.1 3ptti may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other incentive offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside each offer.
7.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms.
7.3 Only one active bonus may be held per account at any given time unless a promotion specifically states otherwise.
7.4 3ptti reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Abuse of promotional offers – including but not limited to multi-accounting, irregular betting patterns, or collusion – will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
7.5 Bonuses are intended for recreational use only and are not available to players who have activated self-exclusion or equivalent responsible gaming restrictions.
8.1 All games available on the 3ptti platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable game rules before placing wagers.
8.2 In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on a player's device and the result recorded on 3ptti's server, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative.
8.3 3ptti will not be liable for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions, connectivity failures, or device issues on the player's side during a gaming session. In the event of a system malfunction on 3ptti's side, affected bets will be reviewed and resolved at 3ptti's discretion.
8.4 The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players is strictly prohibited.

9.2 Once a self-exclusion or cooling-off period is activated, it cannot be reversed before the specified period expires. 3ptti will not accept any requests to override active responsible gaming restrictions before the applicable period concludes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3ptti platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
3ptti reserves the right to immediately suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, and to report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities.
11.1 All content on the 3ptti platform – including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, design elements, and the compilation thereof – is the property of 3ptti or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No other use is authorised without prior written consent from 3ptti.
11.3 You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any content from the 3ptti platform without express written permission.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3ptti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
12.2 3ptti does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance and unanticipated downtime may occur. 3ptti will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to notify users of planned maintenance windows in advance.
12.3 You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose funds wagered on the platform. 3ptti accepts no liability for financial losses sustained through gameplay, and such losses do not constitute a breach of these Terms by 3ptti.
The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by 3ptti is governed by the 3ptti Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. 14.1 3ptti reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered users via email to the address on file, or via an in-platform notification, no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
14.2 Your continued use of the 3ptti platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
15.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the platform's operating framework. In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of the Services, you should first contact 3ptti's support team at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the matter informally.
15.2 3ptti will use reasonable efforts to resolve any player complaint within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Disputes relating to game outcomes will be reviewed against server-side records, which are authoritative.
15.3 Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
